I am hosting the Spring Fling challenge. We have had very warm spring weather and the trees and flowers are blooming ahead of schedule. The apple and pear tree blossoms are beautiful and they were my inspiration for this card.
This is made with My Digital Studio. I printed the Sweet Floral image three times-- once in Lucky Limeade (100% opacity), then in Blushing Bride (100% opacity) and a third time in Blushing Bride (75% opacity). I cut the darker Blushing Bride flowers out and layered them over the Lucky Limeade ones on the background, then cut some of the lighter flowers for the foreground and popped them up with Stampin' Dimensionals.
We have seen quite a few bunnies in the yard this spring. I am sure it will be only a matter of time until they start nibbling on the garden goodies.
The bunnies won't be the only ones nibbling these carrots though-- they are chocolate!
The fence is Nursery Nest DSP cut with the Designer Rosette Die and folded on the scoreliness. The candy holder on the inside is cut with the Box #2 die and punched with the 3/4" Circle Punch. Here is a complete list of all the hostesses. Once you are done bouncing through the blogs, pop on over to Stampin' Addicts and share your projects with us!
