The paper that I am showcasing is a bit different in that it is a speciality paper. Stampin' Up usually offers one or two speciality papers in each catalog. These papers always have some unique feature such as glittered accents, die cut sheets, vellum patterns, etc. The Gold Soiree Specialty Paper is beautiful!! It has gold metallic ink printing, a smooth finish and a lightweight flexible paper. (Please note: This speciality paper is NOT part of the Buy 3-Get 1 Free offer that is Stampin' Up's July special.)
My project is a small gift ensemble:
Card, gift box and treat holder
Gold Foil and Gold Glimmer Paper add even more glitz
Because the paper is lightweight and flexible it curves beautifully for bows.
For Box: Cut cardstock 7-3/4" X 8-1/2"
Score at 2" and 5-3/4" on the short side. Score at 3-1/4" and 5-1/4" on the long side.
Adding DSP to a pre-made box is a quick dress up.
