Stamp Review Crew: Sea Turtle

 

Hello and welcome to the latest Stamp Review Crew Blog Hop!   Our international crew highlights one Stampin' Up stamp set on each blog hop.  Hops are the first and third Mondays of the month and are a great way to get ideas for using a set!

Our stamp set this time is Sea Turtle.   We have a very small hop this session- it is a busy time for everyone!  The great news is that this set will carry over to the new catalog so we will see more of this set in the future.  

My daughter-in-love and I had a wonderful afternoon of crafting together and we both made cards with this pretty stamp set.  

My card is done in blue tones:

Two step stamping and stamping off create the color variations.

And my DIL's is done in greens:

Adding ink with a sponge dauber to the stamp creates the color
variation on the turtle and black embossing really makes this pop!
