Designers for the Heating Up the Holidays session of UStamp have used every product in the Holiday Catalog. So if you see something in the catalog you like you can find a project that uses it! Since I am late in posting my projects I am going to put them all in one longer post.
The catalog has quite a few packaged kits and I had fun incorporating some of them into my projects!
For my Thanksgiving table setting I used the Thankful Tablescape Simply Created Kit. Two of the pre-cut napkin holders were combined to make an easy-to-do basket. The name card is also a treat holder-- it has a mini candy bar inside. The stenciled Mini Muslin sack is a blessing bag with cutouts for recording blessings from the past year and can be saved from year to year.
Mmm! The Pretty Present Designer Bows and Tags are the starting point for this Christmas Dessert table setting. Recipe included!
For my next project, postcards from the Snowflake Season Simply Sent Kit are joined together to make a tealight luminary panel. The sparkling snowmen are adorable in their different colored hats and scarves!
Count down to Christmas with this one! Twenty-four tiny treats mark the days until Santa's arrival. The Real Red Goodie Gear Simply Created Kit make this simple! Oh and the new perforating blade for the rotary cutter is great for making cards with removable bookmarks!
And of course we could not forget New Year's in our holiday lineup. This festive banner was a blast to make. Starting with the Banner Simply Created Kit I added a punch art martini glass (complete with olive!), the date, some silver glitter paper stars, the Best New Year stamp and the perfect-for-this-occasion speciality designer series paper- Winter Frost.
