Punched Waffle Paper

Today's card features another way you can use Waffle Paper -- PUNCH IT.
To punch waffle paper it must be layered with a piece of typing paper.  I found it worked best to use temporary adhesive to stick the layers together.  Then insert the layers sandwich into the punch and punch as usual.   If you do not add a second base layer, the waffle paper will tear.

The nest of twigs is waffle paper cut into fine strips and adhered to a single mini glue dot in the center.  The ribbon is Very Vanilla 1/8" Taffeta and five tiny pearls add the finishing touch.

Measurements for the layers are:  Crumb Cake base- 4-1/4" X 11", scored at 5-1/2".  Early Espresso - 3-1/2" X 5".  Woodland Walk Dsp- 3-1/4" X 4-3/4"
